Me and my husband initially applied our C1 visa by our self. I got my visa but we were in a very stressful situation since my husband didn’t get the C1  visa on time due to a system error of the visa site (showed a document pending while it was uploaded) and then it got rejected. We were hopeless and really worried because there was no one to contact. Sent emails to the immigration and tried to call nothing worked. Then luckily I called this agency on 2nd of Feb. ( our travel date was 7th of Feb) only had few days. I talked to Wira and he assured me that they could get my husband’s visa by 6th and I trusted them. The communication was excellent as Wira replied even in off hours. Just as they promised, they delivered the visa on 6th and I don’t have enough words to thank them because we thought we might lose thousands of dollars since we have already booked our flights and accommodation.
