Just take care to have the required amount of money to pay the fine in full.
Overstay in indonesia of more than 60 days is a crime according to the Indonesian law.
Overstay of more than 60 days is a crime according to the Indonesian law. Such a delay will be charged at the rate of IDR 1000,000 per day of delay. A ban on entry (deportation) is to be issued, and the infringer is to be blacklisted. In case of the absence of funds to pay the overstay, the law makes provision for an imprisonment for up to 5 years.
The blacklist is not being updated automatically. Even if you were deported for six months – it will be very difficult to return to Indonesia. While passing the passport control you will be shown in the system as having a ban on entry.
PAY ATTENTION! Once the period of validity of the visa (including extensions) is completed, you have to go beyond the boarders of Indonesia. The owners of the annual multiple business visas have to leave Indonesia every 60 days. Any offers from the agents of the extension after the expiry of the visa, or of the extension of the annual business visa is illegal and can lead to very unpleasant consequences.
