C6A – SINGLE ENTRY HUMANITARIAN ASSITANCE

WITH THIS VISA YOU CAN :

Conducting activities related to humanitarian assistance.
Conducting activities related to tourism, and visiting friends or family.

YOU MUST :

Respect local customs, culture, and wisdom .
Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesia laws.
Have sufficient living expenses while in Indonesia.

OTHER INFORMATION :

Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.
You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.
You are prohibited from selling goods or services.

REQUIREMENTS :

SCAN OF PASSPORT / PHOTO OF PASSPORT – A passport that is valid for at least 6 (six) months (for holders of travel documents other than passports such as emergency passports, documents of identity, etc. must be valid for 12 months).
FORMAL PHOTO – A formal passport-style photo /A recent color photograph.
BANK STATEMENT – Showing you have sufficient funds for your stay in Indonesia.
ADDRESS IN INDONESIA – Your Address Will Stay In Indonesia like Hotel, Villa, House
STATEMENT LATTER GUARANTOR – Proof of guarantee from the guarantor and details of the activities and trips of the Foreigner during the stay in Indonesia (will prepare by us)

Note :

Foreign nationals holding non-national passport travel documents or foreign nationals without citizenship must attach a Re-entry Permit (Izin Masuk Kembali/IMK) to their current country of residence.
